My experience started out good, but ended badly. I broke down on I-94 due to transmission problems. I requested road service through the State Farm app and Jimmie's Towing arrived very quickly for which I was thankful. They asked where I wanted it towed and what I thought was wrong with it . I said I think it's the transmission. They told me that they do that type of work if I wanted it towed to their shop, but they would not be able to look at it until Tuesday or Wednesday of the next week . Jimmie towing is running scams and they stole my vehicle when I asked to speak to the owner I was told I could not talk to anyone and they refused to put in a message to the owner .

Predatory towing scams, taking advantage of unwitting people in emergency situations, and literally calling insurance agent a “b*tch” on the phone. Totally unprofessional. Tried to charge my relatives $600 to get their vehicle back after being tricked into having it towed to their shop because of “lost wages” from the jobs they “missed” due to the accident and tow. Seems like a common tactic by these guys.
Crooked or incompetent? Don't use Jimmies Service! Two weeks ago our car broke down in a local church driveway. A young man leaving the church offered to help. He's a mechanic at Harry's on airport road. Todd spent about an hour, in the dark, diagnosing and testing the car. He isolated the problem to a crank sensor. Before we had a chance to have the car towed ourselves to Harry's (didnt have the money to have it towed) the police were called and the car was impounded to Jimmies. I was involved in a crash on I-94 on Oct.5 2017. Jimmies shows up and tells me its gonna cost $275 to take my truck from Cooper Street to Clark Lake. The driver says they had to drop 25 calls to get to mine and that's why it costs so much. Yeah right you thieves.Then when my truck is delivered to my house, i look in the box and see that Jimmies drivers had swept up all the debris off the highway and put it in my truck. Never Ever use Jimmies!! Lying Thieves.
Now the IDIOTS ruin a mans truck by dropping it off the lift and denting his door...WHAT KIND OF IDIOTS ARE THEY!! They all need drug tested!
