My car got hit pretty bad from the hail storm back in May 2024. My insurance agent suggested I hold off on getting my car fixed until the hail season ended (which was October). I could not be happier with the hail repairs done by this facility. After being hit by the tornado and then the hail storms that followed, there was hail damage on every panel of my MINI. I do not have before pictures since I went out of town, (trust me, it was gnarly and there were hundreds and hundreds of dents everywhere), but this car looks pristine and brand new again. You can tell they are very polished in handling their business and extremely professional in their communication. They are transparent about their services and helped me with my 2023 Honda Civic. I appreciate that they laid out all of their steps in the process and provided consistent updates on the status of my car. They really do work towards the interest of their clients.

My car had quite a bit of damage. Pro-Masters did an EXCELLENT job. They worked closely with a very slow insurance company to get my car as quickly as possible.

Damage repair to front end from hitting elk. Amazing experience from start to finish. Full car detail at no cost. Felt like a brand new car. Very professional and knowledgeable. Repairs were beautifully done in a timely fashion. I was notified of the stages my car was at via text and email. Very pleased. Will definitely use again and highly recommend to anyone.
