RecommendedI have to say that integrity auto would receive 10 stars if that was an option. This is the first time I have had to take my car to a garage in over 10 years(my regular guy retired). The staff and the service techs are very professional and honor their word. I thought my car needed a all wheel alignment and was going to pay for one, only to find out by integrity that it did not need one at all. I don't know of too many place that would be that honest. RecommendedIntegrity Auto care and their staff have always been professional and trustworthy with all of our vehicles. They have always been willing to help us prioritize the work needing to be done and stand behind their work. In this world where trust is hard to come by, its wonderful to know we can trust Integrity and their staff with the safety of our family. We wouldn't consider going elsewhere!
I have been taking my vehicles to Integrity for years and will continue to do so. They do an exceptional job and I completely trust them. They have even started using photos of the areas that need to be repaired so I can see exactly what they are talking about - no more having to go to some shop that you just can't trust. I have always been well taken care of here. They go above and beyond with their customer care, they really treat you like family. The do great work. Highly recommended. RecommendedI ran over a dead deer (literally) coming into Rockton Tuesday evening. I stopped at the gas station and a man who had just did the same thing was kind enough to check my car for prelim damage. He recommended that I go to Integrity Auto Care to have my car checked out since I live out of state. He even made the phone call for me and I was able to schedule an appointment for the next morning.
