We are family owned as well as veteran owned. We constantly train to be the best auto repair facility so we can stand behind our 5 year or 50,000 mile warranty. We recently won the national Service Excellence award(one shop in the nation)! Also 7th year for City Beat news 5 star award. We employ great people with great attitudes and train them to be the best. We do all makes and models from Europeans to Electric Vehicles. We have state of the art diagnostic equipment. A big thank you to Integrity for going above and beyond! My car wouldn't start after a trip to the grocery store in Roscoe. I thought I'd have to have my vehicle towed. But, Leon's team drove out to the grocery store parking lot, jump-started my vehicle, drove it back to Integrity, and did the necessary repairs. Thank you very, very much to the Integrity team for all your help!
I have to say that integrity auto would receive 10 stars if that was an option. This is the first time I have had to take my car to a garage in over 10 years(my regular guy retired). The staff and the service techs are very professional and honor their word. I thought my car needed a all wheel alignment and was going to pay for one, only to find out by integrity that it did not need one at all. I don't know of too many place that would be that honest. I have been taking my vehicles to Integrity for years and will continue to do so. They do an exceptional job and I completely trust them.
