RecommendedOnce again Integrity Auto Care has gone above and beyond to help me out. I called them yesterday regarding my vehicle not starting and due to the extreme cold my roadside assistance stated that there was an enormous amount of calls so my vehicle would not be towed until the morning. Integrity Auto Care contacted a tow company that they use and set up with my roadside assistance company to pay for the tow so I could get it towed the same day and not cost me out of pocket and deal with being reimbursed later. RecommendedThe staff is extremely helpful and friendly. They are patient and explain technical terms kindly with me, and their service is incredible. They have a sit-in lounge area for customers that are waiting equipped with a couch, bathroom, and drinks. The repairs are always perfect, and they are reasonable with prices. Always go here when I have a problem and haven't been disappointed! Love this place!

RecommendedA big thank you to Integrity for going above and beyond! My car wouldn't start after a trip to the grocery store in Roscoe. I thought I'd have to have my vehicle towed. But, Leon's team drove out to the grocery store parking lot, jump-started my vehicle, drove it back to Integrity, and did the necessary repairs.
