We recently won the national Service Excellence award(one shop in the nation)! Also 7th year for City Beat news 5 star award. We employ great people with great attitudes and train them to be the best. We do all makes and models from Europeans to Electric Vehicles. We have state of the art diagnostic equipment. I highly recommend the South Beloit shop! Car maintenance and issues have always baffled me. The folks at Integrity have never taken advantage of that, have always taken the time to explain or show me things I can do, and get me in and out to continue my day. My last visit, they took the report and broke it down into priorities and now I have a game plan to follow. I will never go anywhere else!

great customer service and good pricing
Integrity has a great customer service desk. it starts with Lexi, and Integrity's Supervision, their second to none!! They keep you in the loop with everything going on in repairing your vehicle, and their flexible with picking your vehicle up after completion. integrity are true pros, and I recommend all my friends, and family to them.
Good service, thorough inspection of your vehicle, complete information return to the customer. I needed ride after drop off and a return ride when vehicle was ready and this was no problem. Service counter is well run, friendly staffed and work to be performed, along with cost out the door, were explained before beginning. I will continue coming back to and recommending Integrity Auto Care
integrity fixed my tail light quick and charged a fair price. very friendly staff. I highly recommend integrity auto.
