RecommendedLong story short my daughter was stranded with a trans issue in her car in the at 11 after leaving her nursing home job. She recently picked up her car from Integrity Auto. I wrote them a message. Immediately in the middle of the night both Leon and a another member of their staff reached out to me wanting to make sure she was OK and insisting on picking her up to make sure she got home safely. They brought the car back to the shop found the issue and took care of it. They definitely live up to their name. Thanks guys

If anyone ever has a problem, our service comes with 2 years of roadside assistance for breakdowns, out of gas, lockout service, and many others. RecommendedA friend referred me to Integrity and I couldn't be more satisfied. The entire staff is so friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. The work was done quickly and they called me with a progress report. Also, they drove me home and picked me up when the car was ready. You cannot beat that kind of service and I felt their prices were very fair. More importantly, I now know I have a great place to take my car for any repairs or maintenance in the future. Thank you to the entire Integrity Team for an awesome experience!!

RecommendedThey went above and beyond to help my wife and I when we were heading to Ft. McCoy and the car had engine problems. They kept us informed, drove me to the car rental agency and were very kind and helpful. It was a stressful situation having to wait for major repairs but I'm glad the car was with Integrity. Appreciated all of the staff there that got the job done Jacob, Lee, Laura and especially Rick who stayed later to make sure we were able to get back home to Cleveland safely and in time for work. RecommendedMy work truck broke down in front of their shop this morning. Unfortunately we cannot use them we have an account out of lake Geneva. I asked if they would let me park my truck there until the tow truck came and not only did they let me they helped me push it into their lot. Thanks a lot guys!!! I live in the sub division right by their shop and I will for sure take my personal cars there if ever needed. Thanks again.
