We are family owned as well as veteran owned. We constantly train to be the best auto repair facility so we can stand behind our 5 year or 50,000 mile warranty. We recently won the national Service Excellence award(one shop in the nation)! Also 7th year for City Beat news 5 star award. We employ great people with great attitudes and train them to be the best. We do all makes and models from Europeans to Electric Vehicles. We have state of the art diagnostic equipment. RecommendedGreat people and great service
My work truck broke down in front of their shop this morning. Unfortunately we cannot use them we have an account out of lake Geneva. I asked if they would let me park my truck there until the tow truck came and not only did they let me they helped me push it into their lot. Thanks a lot guys!!! I live in the sub division right by their shop and I will for sure take my personal cars there if ever needed. Thanks again.

Once again Integrity Auto Care has gone above and beyond to help me out. I called them yesterday regarding my vehicle not starting and due to the extreme cold my roadside assistance stated that there was an enormous amount of calls so my vehicle would not be towed until the morning. Integrity Auto Care contacted a tow company that they use and set up with my roadside assistance company to pay for the tow so I could get it towed the same day and not cost me out of pocket and deal with being reimbursed later. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. They are patient and explain technical terms kindly with me, and their service is incredible. They have a sit-in lounge area for customers that are waiting equipped with a couch, bathroom, and drinks. The repairs are always perfect, and they are reasonable with prices. Always go here when I have a problem and haven't been disappointed! Love this place!
