This place was so nice and helpful. On a Sunday fixed nail in my tire in no time and sent me on my way! Great customer service! Would defiantly use them again! Cheap as well!

Blew a tire on my way to work. Tow truck driver, Jeremy, arrived within the estimated time frame, changed my tire, but due to rim damage, I was in need of servicing. Drove to Jimmie’s, got the rim fixed as well as a new tire, all at a good cost, and was back on the road within the hour. Everyone I encountered had great customer service, and a good sense of humor. They helped put a smile on my face. Great experience for an overall not so good morning. Thanks, guys!!
We have used them several times over the years... always fast service and have felt the prices were very reasonable for the tow.

We were visiting nearby Spring Arbor University when we were left stranded with car troubles. We had towing service to us immediately with an incredibly helpful driver - Casey! He connected us with accommodations for the night and went above and beyond. The mechanics got our vehicle in first thing in the morning- right before a holiday - and had us on the road quickly! They were lifesavers, and I can’t recommend them highly enough !

bad day when my truck had to be towed in. The staff and service members are all friendly and very helpful. pricing on service work was fair. I would recommend using them. great experience.
