Competent, courteous, incredibly helpful employees ready to go the extra mile. We especially appreciated the chauffeuring to and from the auto shop. With only one car, we would have been hard pressed to get to downtown Olympia. Oh yes, they are very upfront with the costs (which we GREATLY appreciate), and are more than fair. Thanks to all of you!

Very friendly, great customer service....I made my appointment, they had the parts and supplies ready for me when I arrived. I worked on my computer in their lobby for about 30 mins or so and was on my way. Thank you!

In March of 2014 I bought a used 2010 SUV up in Puyallup. On our first hot day of the year, I noticed that the AC didn't work well. After going back and forth with the dealership with no success, I talked with Eric. I dropped my car off the next day and Eric's team had me back on the road that afternoon after a 200 dollar AC service (when I thought for sure it was a much more expensive fix!)...
