Pleasant, courteous people answered our questions. The work that has been done is of top-notch caliber. All personnel are upfront and honest is their assessments of the car's needs - explained in great detail to me what was needed, I could choose what to do, then included how much it would cost. I met with a minor accident and was recommended to have my car fixed at Lloyd's. Lloyd's automotive is great! Wonderful assistance from Eric, a very helpful and honest person. The repairs are expensive, but Eric helped out a lot to fit into my tight budget. I appreciate all the help and patience from Lloyd's!
