My transmission light was flashing and it was on a Sunday, when I was an hour away from Olympia. I stopped at an auto parts store and, upon recommendation there, bought and put in transmission fluid. Flashing continued. I drove to Lloyds, put my car key in their envelope with description of the problem, slipped the envelope in the overnight slot, and got a ride home. Really the best, and only, place you should go to get your transmission serviced.
Would have liked shop to initiate repair updates. Job took longer that I anticipated, but had not been given a promise date. From time initially taken in to be evaluated to completion was 2.5 weeks, seems excessive, but I do not rebuild transmissions. Staff very pleasant. One day after getting car with rebuilt transmission, driving great.
We have had the Lloyds team working on our fleet trucks keeping them in shape,and at times when we had something major they stepped up and were right on it and got us back on the road.
As always, an excellent experience. The folks at Lloyd's are the best. Rides to work, timely, excellent service for a good price, and friendly people. Thanks for all you do for all of my autos.

This was a big job that Lloyds automotive had done for me. The work order was to rebuild the engine,install new certs,grind the heads and change transmission torque converter. Mind you the car had nearly 120,00 and I am the third ownwer.
