RecommendedGot my 2018 F-150 back today from severe hail damage. I can’t tell it ever happened. I am very pleased with all the work performed. Looked at the paint in the sunlight and I can’t see any difference. The hail damage was to the roof, hood, front fenders, broken windshield and plastic parts. Pro Masters is the absolute best. I recommend them 10 out of 10. Koleen and Doug have made getting my truck fixed easy. I haven't had to do anything. not only did they handle on the insurance stuff they helped me out with a hail damage claim I had been putting off because who wants to deal with insurance companies. I haven't had to do a lot. File the initial claim and they handled the rest. Thank you Doug, Koleen, and the entire pro masters team!!!

Words cannot express how grateful I am for this place. Hail the size of golf-balls pummeled my car a week before I was supposed to give it to Carvana. I was selling my car to pay off my debt and I knew the hail damage was going to cost me any profit I was going to get off my car. These guys were able to completely repair my car within 2 days (we had to wait for insurance)! I was able to turn my car in and get the FULL PRICE VALUE for it. Shout out to Koleen (at the Pueblo location) for helping me get my Ford Escape repaired after an accident! She contacted me personally and took the time to get me taken care of. She was always available for contact which made it easy for me given my work schedule. I was also provided for a rental while my car was being repaired so I didn't have to worry about transportation.
