Just wanted to give a word of warning out there to anyone that needs to have body work on their car. Due to a hail storm back in June my car sustained almost $9k dollars in damage. I tried to find a body shop but all were busy until December. Then I saw an ad for Pro Masters (which I can now tell you that they are not pros or masters at fixing cars). 1st appointment, representative was late. Rescheduled me out 4 weeks. Said they did not have the correct Parts they needed in order to fix the hail damage. They told me they had to order the parts. So I wasted time! They did not order the hood and roof. Why tell me they would order it and reschedule at a later date. Second time around representative is now 30 minutes late. STAY AWAY !!!! Decided to take my car for hail repairs like 3 months ago just before my deployment... we just got the car back !! After almost 3’months !! And guess what !! Have electric problems everywhere... lights not working .. A/C not working.. they’re blaming another company they hire to replace the windshield... end of the story... by the time Im back from deployment I have to take the car to the dealership to get it fix ... and it’s going to be expensive!!! Thanks Pro Masters for the extra headaches.

Horrible customer service. Lied over and over again about when my car would be ready. Paint is already peeling. Don't take your vehicle to these liars.
We had a similar experience to many others who also wrote negative reviews about ProMasters. They had our vehicle for 4 months when initially they said it would take 30 days. As months went on we heard excuse after excuse and lies after lies until my husband finally went in to look at our car. Turns out they caused unnecessary damage and we're waiting for parts. Based on the repairs only they did a excellent job. They do lack in customer service skills. Rude employees, of communication, and car not ready when they said. They did do everything they said and would back based on their work. They really answer their phones, call customers updates, and have car done when they tell you.
