My mom just got her car back, and the work done is completely unacceptable. I can't believe a business I have recommended put out such terrible work. Parts are not matching up; the trunk isn't shutting properly; buffing compound was left everywhere, especially on her headlights. There are also chips in the paint on areas that were clearly missed during the painting process. Nobody did a walk around with her when she picked up. Hire a manager that does not threaten people with violence Steve is un professional he lies our just does not return phone calls get cars done faster then 6 weeks and show empathy towards your fellow humans. Show your customers you care not rude disrespect

I took my two month old jeep there to fix some hail damage when I got it back there was overspray on the outside bumper, fenders and wheels. The inside had overspray on some of the pillars some how. My doors were missing bolts on the inside so the mechanical pieces on the inside rattled. And they replaced the hood with a cheap aftermarket hood and not a OEM hood.

I took my cars to them in October of 2018 and it's May of 2019 only 7 months and counting and I still don't have my cars completely fixed yet so many problems with them and to top it off they have zero customer service skills I'm on the verge of taking legal action on them...not happy at all... I won't recemend this place to anyone not even my worst enemy... and to top it off Doug the owner just think none of this is a big deal and don't communicate with the costume when he knows there is a problem with something...😠😠😠😠
