Taylor stepped it up and helped get us everything we needed. Jimmy was knowledgeable and upfront of the pros and cons of our situation. There was a part they had to rush because we had a set appointment in Louisiana that we had to leave town for. They came in under budget and put us back on the road earlier than expected. Great experience.
If you ever need repairs or work on your RV this is the place to be. While traveling to the Valley our rig caught on fire, under the refrigerator, just south of downtown San Antonio. Jimmy, the repairman, was there in less than 10 min. and took it to the shop. Jimmy and Michael have been working for 10 days, off and on trying to get us back on the road. Fast, polite, honest and clean restroom and waiting room. We were towing our 5th wheel when truck developed a flat. AAA recommended them.
Billy Bobs is truly an amazing place to have your BIG vehicle service, David always greets his customers with a huge smile and Is always willing to help.... from the biggest truck jobs to something as small as selling me a old tractor tire to flip...... Definately recommend this place for service, not only for great rates, but the EXCELLENT customer service....KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK
