Took my camper to get the wheel bearings repacked. Service was quick and the people there were very friendly. They gave me good advice about checking the age of my tires. I didn't even know age of an unused tire was a safety factor.
My husband and I are travelling in the US with our motor home for the winter. Our electric water heater broke down. We Googled RV repairs near San Antonio and are really glad we found Billy Bob's! The whole crew was professional, very helpful and kind. Jonathan, our technician, was thorough and kowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed another minor electrical problem as well. They did a in frame on my 05 9900 and all is good the only issue we had was one of the injectors O rings broke but it was 15500 miles after the in frame so we kind of figure it was the winter fuel my driver put in it but Jacob stayed till almost 11pm to try to get the problem soved so my truck could get back rolling on his next load I would highly recommend them they are nice easy to work with
Stopped in to the site on my way home to Port O'Conner from D an Antonio this morning. Yes I did call first. No, I did not have an appointment. The young lady receptionist made a call to find a tech that would/could meet us at the facilities. After she confimed that he could she called back to conirm. I had a slide out that would not retract without manually cranking it with a come along. I had the dash switch replaced and had replaced the integrated circut board and toggle fo my joysyick for the leveling jacks. Room ... read more
