The Mobile tech came out to diagnose a Eaton auto transmission issue without a laptop capable of communicating with an Eaton auto transmission. The Mobile Trip charge was 185$ + a minimum of 2 hours at 185$ per hour, even though 25 minutes in, the mobile technician stated we needed to bring the vehicle into the shop.
