We have had our RV there many time. We are so happy David Dixon told us about Billy Bobs. we were taking our RV to another place and they were just ripping us off. Billy Bob's has always been fair priced and they've done the work in a timely fashion. Kudos to David Dixon and Tyler (last name unknown). They were extremely helpful to us.
I had the pleasure of dealing with Eva, Robert, Lisa & Taylor and was very pleased with the level of customer service I experienced! This team did a GREAT JOB on the La Maceta Tapatios Food Truck! New tires, plus added 2 extra in the rear, custom made fenders, new leaf springs and brake job! The truck no longer leans to the left or to the back! 4/28/17. I had a 2008 f350 with electrical problems that I oreginaly took to southward ford (by the way stay away from them unless you want to be taken advantage of) southway said they did not want to get into the electrical. So I contacted John and Brandon at Billy bobs and long story short they fixed the problem at a reasonable price. Great people and business. Thanks. JR.
Brandon and his helper came and replaced my blown tire and put the spare back on my travel trailer. They quoted prices up front, let me set the time and place, and treated me with respect. They put the customer first, often overcoming obstacles by suppliers where the customer's needs aren't first. Eva, in billing, sent me the documents I will need when contacting my insurance company. Thanks for allowing me to feel safer on the road
